citizenM only takes reservations via citizenM.com. We do not accept reservations by phone or fax.
citizenM offers two rates for anyone to book. The flexible and the pre-paid rate.
Flexible
Opting for the flexible room rate, means that you can change or cancel a reservation up to 18.00 PM on the day of arrival. Payment is done at check-in with a valid credit card or debit card. You will be charged a 1 nights stay if you cancel late or do not check-in.
Pre-paid
Opting for a pre-paid room rate, means that you will be charged at time of booking and no modifications are allowed nor refunds.
Please read before booking:
• citizenM only accepts reservations with a valid major credit card
• Each citizenM room has a large bed, we do not have separate bedding, cribs and/or extra beds.
• Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
• Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel and will be charged at 250 euro per incident.
• Rates include VAT, but exclude city tax and breakfast.
• citizenM does not provide parking.
To make a reservation
Please choose your day of arrival. Your day of choice will change from the colour grey to red.
Then please choose your day of departure. Your consecutive selection of dates will appear in the colour red. You then have the option to choose the flexible or pre-paid rate. Please choose one of the options and click on ‘reserve a room'. Please fill in the mandatory contact and credit details to complete the reservation. After completion, a confirmation email with your booking details and a confirmation number will be sent to your given email address.
To modify a reservation (only possible for flexible rates)
When you have received the confirmation email with the confirmation number, after a complete booking, you can modify a reservation up to 18.00PM on the day of arrival. On the main reservations page you will see on the top left corner ‘Lookup a reservation'. Please click here, click on lookup a reservation and fill in your last name and the confirmation number to retrieve your reservation.
You will now be able to modify the dates of your arrival and departure.
To cancel a reservation (only possible for flexible rates)
When you have received the confirmation email with the confirmation number, after a complete booking, you can cancel a reservation up to 18.00PM on the day of arrival. On the main reservations page you will see on the top left corner ‘Lookup a reservation'. Please click here, click on lookup a reservation and fill in your last name and the confirmation number to retrieve your reservation.
You will now be able to cancel your reservation.
